At Renou™, the “noise”, confusion and conflicting information on diet and nutrition has been filtered out. In fact, we don’t talk about “diets”. The focus is on good-for-you-foods, “real” food, and their impact on your body, brain, behavior and emotions. The approach is science-based and integrative - meaning the goal is to improve the overall health and wellness for individuals at any life stage. The program is based on the acronym, L.E.A.N., Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition – which we refer to as “the four pillars of health”.
